Crews and William Jordan intersects the eastern margin of Paxton Road, run thence southerly along the eastern margin of Paxton Road 720.93 feet to an iron pin; run thence due east 732.24 feet to an iron pin; run thence due north 701.62 feet to an iron pin; run thence south 88 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds west 994.66 feet to the POINT OR PLACE OF BEGINNING. Said tract containing 13.37 acres and being shown as Tract No. 1 on that certain plat prepared for Jim H. Crews by Hugh D. Grantor expressly reserves for Thomas dated 7 October 1985. a life estate in said himself and his wife, Myrtle Crews, property.
