Mr. King was born August 12, 1950, in Charlton County, to the late Lester Lee King and {{Thelma Crews King. He attended the Shiloh Southern Congregational Methodist Church, and was the owner of Kings Coastal Land Clearing.

Survivors are two daughters: Shanda Zenner, of Homerville, and LaTasha Wilson, of Hillard, one son: Joshua King, of Hillard; two brothers: Robert King and Larry King, both of Brunswick; ten grandchildren; and several other relatives.

Services for Mr. King were held February 13, at 11 a.m., from the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel.

Internment followed in Sardis Cemetery, Folkston, at 2 p.m.

The family received friends February 13 at the Roundtree Funeral Home Chapel, before the service began from 9-11 a.m.
